serious one.
I was given full artistic license with this 1959 Lambretta Li150 Series 1, which was a welcome rarity. I went with the classic Bugatti blue & black paint scheme and kept the modern upgrades as understated as possible. For example, I went with a semi-hydraulic front disc brake, hiding the master cylinder under the horncasting, and used a disc kit that is based on an original hub. This machine is completely updated underneath with added power, better braking and an improved electrical system. The blue is certainly not subtle, but the black (utilising 2 different finishes) tones it down and give it a classy, period look.
